Connecting Schools to the World partcipants are university graduates who are lively, creative and passionate about making a
difference. They are willing to become part of an Argentine family and of their
community.
The moderate Connecting fee helps provide for the following benefits: two weeks of intensive TESOL
training and Spanish classes in Buenos Aires, bus transportation to placement, home stay, four
hours a week of private Spanish classes and a monthly stipend for pocket money.
We have had many participants who come knowing no Spanish became are bilingual upon completing their 4
month commitment, who wrew so fond of their Argentine family that they repeatedly come back and
visit, and last but not least, who have made a big difference in their classes and in students’ lives.
